What are your opening hours?

We are situated in Amcorp Mall. We open from 11am – 7.00pm. We are closed every Monday and major public holidays.

How do I check on my order?

Once payment is done we will email you an order invoice (For all customers regardless registered or unregistered/guest). For registered user, you can check under “My Order”.

How do I cancel my order?

In case you would like to cancel your confirmed order before the shipment, please make sure to contact our team via admin@enomes.co. Your payment will be refunded as store credit (valid for 6 months).

How can I change my order?

In case you would like to edit your order before the shipment, please make sure to contact our team via admin@enomes.co or message us at our website through FB live chat so our team can help you out with your inquiry to make any necessary adjustments.

How do I change my delivery address?

In case you would like to edit your order before the shipment, please make sure to contact our team via admin@enomes.co or message us at our website through live chat so our team can help you out with your inquiry and make necessary adjustments.

In the event that we are unable to amend the delivery address in our system, usually due to the parcel being shipped by courier company, we will need to contact our courier to request for change of delivery address.

To ease us throughout this process, we highly appreciate you to provide us with the following details :

– Country

– Phone number and Email

Please be aware that an address change will delay the delivery time. Enomes Watches will not held responsible for any delay in delivery due to an address change requested by the customer.

When will I receive my order?

We work to fulfil our orders as promptly as possible. We begin processing your order within 1-2 working days of it being placed. Keep in mind that packages aren’t transported over weekends or local public holidays.

Please note that our expected time frames are estimates and can vary due to factors outside of ENOMES and the courier’s company control

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently we are providing our services in Malaysia only. Shipping to other countries will be handled on a case by case basis. Please kindly contact us for further assist if you are from other country.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is FREE within Malaysia and Singapore.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day exchange policy upon the day you received the parcel, the item you wish to return must be in mint/unworn condition. You will receive a refund once the product has arrived back at our warehouse and we have assessed its condition (in original packaging with all components and accessories included). If you would like to request a return for your timepiece, please fill out the form here so our support team could send you further instructions.

After you receive a confirmation from a customer support representative the returning item should be sent to us within 7 days. Please note that the shipping costs incurred during the delivery of your parcel will not be included in your refund.         

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will not refund and will have to send it back to you.

Insert the Return Slip in to the parcel and seal the parcel. Proceed to the nearest courier service to post your return. Please provide us the courier service name and tracking number of the return parcel.

Delivery fee of the return parcel are to be borne by the customer. Return/ Exchange request will not be entertained if we do not receive the returned item.

Once your return item has been received by us and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by store credits within 1-2 working days.

What payment options do you accept?

Is my payment information safe?

Your credit card or bank account information are not processed, recorded and maintained by us. Your transaction and payment details are directly handled by eGHL, our payment service provider, with secure encryption, and under strict banking standards. Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any parties other than your bank.

Is my member’s information safe?

We keep your personal data private and confidential and only give it out with your consent or if legally permitted to.

Will there be a confirmation email after payment is made?

Yes, once the payment is done we will email you the invoice.

WARRANTY

What is not covered in the warranty?

The warranty does not cover the exterior part of the timepiece (case, crown, glass, crystal, bracelet, strap and etc), damage resulting from accident, flood, fire and natural disaster or other than normal use or repairs made by others. *Terms and conditions apply.

How long is the warranty?

Your ENOMES timepiece carries 1 (one) year warranty

How do I get my ENOMES watch repaired?

To repair your ENOMES timepiece, kindly send them back to us or visit our official store.

OTHER INFORMATION

Where can I find an authorised retailer?

For ENOMES timepiece, we do not have any retailers or resellers. We are the only one selling it. You can either get it from our website or our Official store. Most of the branded or luxury watches carry exorbitant prices because the process involves designers, manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and all of them are taking a cut. So by the time the watch reaches you, there’s a massive mark-up of up to 1500%, severely inflating the true cost of a quality affordable timepiece.

Another reason we do not sell to other retailers or reseller is because customers can easily differentiate which is the genuine or counterfeit product. We only sell them at our website and our Official store, not anywhere else
